ReMinfo

The ReMinfo project envisages the development of a web-based platform that centralises information for refugee and migrant communities. Much of the effort will be put in presenting reliable information in a user-friendly, visual and interactive way. The platform will provide easy access to existing content, adapted and translated in refugee languages. Information will focus on areas that are essential to everyone’s daily life as well as important for a long-term effective and impactful integration such as health, work, language classes, social integration activities, legal and administrative support.
This service is specifically addressed to the new arrivals who do not speak yet a Swiss national language. The project will eventually extend the website to include a smartphone application providing similar functionality.
In line with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SD) currently implemented by Switzerland, our project will support 4 of the 17 SD goals of the agenda including access to health/well-being, education, work and living in an inclusive society.
